SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to COVID-19 safety measures to protect our shipping employees at this time, orders may take longer to process and shipping times may increase to 3 - 5 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Shipping your order is free. North & Vine Skincare ships to the contiguous United States via USPS Ground.

North & Vine Skincare processes orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Returns and Exchanges

When you return your purchase to North & Vine Skincare within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.

Only items purchased through North & Vine Skincare can be returned to North & Vine Skincare. Items purchased in a skincare professional’s office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
